Goals

Main Goals:

  • Weigh 115
  • Always eat healthy 
  • Always work out

Mini Goals:

  • Eat smaller portions
  • Limit my snacking to twice a day (but aim for no snacking if possible)
  • Drink 9 cups of water everyday
  • Go to the gym 3 times a week
  • Workout everyday, one way or another
  • Drink no more than one cup of Chai Tea Latte (with Almond Milk, of course) a day
