Main Goals:
- Weigh 115
- Always eat healthy
- Always work out
Mini Goals:
- Eat smaller portions
- Limit my snacking to twice a day (but aim for no snacking if possible)
- Drink 9 cups of water everyday
- Go to the gym 3 times a week
- Workout everyday, one way or another
- Drink no more than one cup of Chai Tea Latte (with Almond Milk, of course) a day
