Day 60: August 13, 2012

Breakfast:

  • Banana

Lunch:

  • Garlic Shrimp
  • Asparagus wrapped in Bacon

Dinner:

  • Spaghetti with Parmesan Cheese

Okay, I’m a little confused right now because I’m not sure whether or not to stay Paleo or what. Ahhh, I don’t know. I’m debating everything

Day 58: August 12, 2012

Lunch:

  • Baked Chicken
  • Sautéed Portobello Mushrooms
  • Lettuce 

Snack:

  • Haagen Daaz Ice Cream (woops)
  • Zico Coconut Water

Dinner:

  • Garlic Lemon Chicken
  • Okra
Day 57: August 11, 2012

Breakfast:

  • Bacon
  • Eggs

Lunch:

  • Turkey Burger with Portobello Mushrooms and Onions (wrapped in lettuce)
  • 1 Banana

Dinner: (cheated)

  • Ate a whole bunch of sushi, ate some froyo, and then some banana muffins

Breakfast:

  • Chai Tea Latte with Almond Milk (yes, how it’s been missed so much)

Lunch:

  • Sinagang (again… fish soup if you didn’t catch me last entry, haha!)
Snack:
  • Apple Slices with PB&J (i know, i know…)

Dinner: 

  • CHICKEN NUGGETS D: They’re from McDonald’s too! Fast food is horrible because they are so convenient and so bad, hahahahahaha D: I’m a serious brat when I’m hungry and there’s no food, so I gave in…
Day 55: August 9, 2012

WOD: 30 Day Shred - Level 1

  • Scrambled Eggs with Cherry Tomatoes and Onions

Lunch:

  • Steak (admittedly ate it with a bit of A1)
  • Lettuce

Dinner: @ Capriciossa

So I guess I did have an early cheat day even if I said no exceptions… aghhhhh! But Capriciossa is my favorite restaurant and my biggest weakness. So I ate Smoked Salmon Spring Rolls, Bruschetta, and Garlic and Pepper Spaghetti. Then afterwards we went to Godiva and bought their shakes. It was all so gooooood (and actually worth it)

Day 54: August 8, 2012

WOD: 30 Day Shred - Level 1, 10 Minutes of Full-Body Yoga with Tara Stiles

  • Sinagang (It’s this Filipino soup dish with fish and veggies)

Day 52: August 6, 2012

I really forgot what I ate this day… all I remember is that I ate a PB&K sandwich and beef and potatoes at night… Wow, I have a bad memory 

Day 51: August 5, 2012

Breakfast:

  • Chai Tea Latte with Almond Milk
  • Bowl of Strawberries

Lunch:

  • Beefsteak

Snack/Dinner:

  • Chocolate Banana Bubbly Shake
  • Mochi Popcorn

I cheat! Surprise, surprise. I figured since yesterday I didn’t have the opportunity to eat what I really wanted to eat… I ate it today because I actually had the opportunity! Carpe Diem! Still, it was my last hoorah before strict Paleo tomorrow. I’m taking out Chai Tea Latte AND fruits. With fruits, I’ll see how long I will last. I’ll try it for two days and see if I’ve made any progress

CHEAT DAY

  • Beef and Cabbage Soup

  • BBQ Chicken
