I recently invested in cute pink yoga mat and I’ve been doing 30DS. Unfortunately, my tailbone hurts! I’m guessing it’s bruised? I’ve always had this issue especially when I’m doing sit-ups. I used to use a thicker mat and I never hurt myself. But now switching to an actual yoga mat, my tailbone hurts :( It makes it all the more difficult to continue 30DS or even Pop Pilates. Does anyone have the same issue?

  1. a-kiss-is-a-bliss answered: Me! do sit I haven’t been able to lately because I recently bruised my tailbone. I’m assuming it was from sit ups or something. :p
