I was talking to my boyfriend earlier and I was ranting about how I’m so uncommitted to dieting and working out. I’ve reached that point where I’m actually okay with my body; my confidence is higher than before and I’m liking the results I’ve had so far. I guess that’s why I’m not pushing. But I did confess there are a lot of things I still want to work on. I just have to focus on those things to help push myself. Unfortunately, I’m putting Insanity on hiatus (deleting my entires and whatnot) One of my best friend’s is willing to try it out with me at the same time, so I’m hoping that will motivate me to keep going everyday. I just have to want this more badly so that I can commit. Ah, this stage is the toughest to get through. Do you guys know the feeling?

Yes, so well! I’ll convince myself that I don’t need to work out because everyone thinks i’m skinny enough anyway! So I never reach my goal.
