I no longer envy girls who are naturally skinny or...
Now that I know more about eating clean and training hard. I see the difference between someone who is just naturally thin and someone who is not only thin but is fit and healthy. I now praise fit girls because to be thin and fit, or even just simply fit, is hard work. It takes a lot of discipline and dedication. No one is given the perfect body, you have to work hard to get it

I recently invested in cute pink yoga mat and I’ve been doing 30DS. Unfortunately, my tailbone hurts! I’m guessing it’s bruised? I’ve always had this issue especially when I’m doing sit-ups. I am so glad I did it today. I actually made it past two days! Not only did I do 30DS but I did 10 minutes of Pop Pilates so now my arms are killing me. I have to do Pilates for frequently because my neck is starting to hurt whenever I do abs in 30DS. I can finally say I lost 20 lbs!
Just by saying that, it seems like a lot of weight to lose. Is it just me when I feel like I can’t see much difference? I’m worried it might be some mentality thing because I’m just so used to seeing myself as chubby. Does anyone know what that’s like?
